He says he is sure that the district will easily exceed the benchmarks set in the turnaround plan (!) which is supposed to see them emerge from academic distress status. For me, it raises more questions than it answers (and it certainly doesn’t answer the question as posed in the headline), but the numbers are worth a look. (Lima News, 2/26/22)
