The Fordham Institute is uniquely positioned as a thought leader in education reform. Our national office is in Washington, D.C., and we have, offices in Columbus and Dayton, Ohio, which afford us a front-row and hands-on look at state-level advocacy work and charter school authorizing.
The District of Columbia is home to Fordham’s national office, where much of our national content is produced. In our nation’s capital, we aim to provide thought leadership to policymakers, philanthropists, advocacy groups, and others through our timely and persuasive commentary.
Fordham Ohio advocates for policies that advance educational excellence for all students. We frame issues with data and high-quality research and analysis, and advocate for sound education policies in Ohio related to standards, assessments, school choice, and other promising reforms.
Our work in Dayton focuses on three areas: sponsoring charter schools, standards reviews for high poverty schools, and philanthropy.
