We've got to do more than simply have the illusion of good teaching (and this is something we can't outsource). Maybe the teacher incentive fund would work. Maybe we need to take a page out of the NFL draft's playbook. Maybe kids these days are just too independent for formal schooling. Instead of GPS tracking them or worse, school could be more like Netflix. (I wonder if any of the i3 applications offer these type of reforms. I bet a lot do.)
