Hi! I am a ninth grade student who has worked at the Thomas B. Fordham Institute since September 2010. Recently, I was given one of the coolest research projects ever! I was asked my opinion of what makes a good teacher, a mission that had never crossed my mind until now. To me the top three qualities that make a good teacher are: Answering all questions and making sure every student understands the material; taking time aside from school time to give extra support and help; and a fun and enjoyable personality.
