The National Association of Charter School Authorizers (NACSA) seeks a policy director to direct policy advocacy and help formulate research strategies and agendas. NACSA plans to develop model authorizing legislation and to increase its attention to legislative issues around the country. The policy director must be able to analyze existing academic research and assess federal, state, and local education policies and program implementation. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and at least four years education/social policy experience.
