Keys to Improving Dayton Schools, Inc. (k.i.d.s.), a nonprofit organization based in Dayton, Ohio, seeks an exceptional educator to work closely in partnership with area charter schools to guide and assist their academic improvement efforts. The Director of Education Programs, reporting directly to the executive director, will provide instructional guidance and leadership to partner schools so as to improve the quality of their educational programs and the academic performance of their students. The mission of k.i.d.s. is to provide high quality technical assistance - in business management, organizational leadership, and instructional improvement efforts - to partner schools so they are financially viable, organizationally sound, and academically strong.
