Fordham Foundation seeks a Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer to organize and manage its financial affairs and operations, working closely with the president and board of trustees. Responsibilities include: serving as principal financial strategist; overseeing the Foundation's bookkeeping and accounting, as well as developing, refining, and tracking the Foundation's budget and investments; analyzing the budget in various ways and briefing the board on financial, investment, and administrative matters; devising and implementing improved office systems and operations; and supervising personnel matters, including benefits.
