The erratum that failed

It's once in a blue moon that an erratum calls for its own erratum; the moon tonight will surely be a lovely shade of aqua. In a correction two weeks ago, "Tongue-twister," which explained that we had misspelled the name of Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, we misspelled the first name of the lead singer of Guns N' Roses.
