I pledge allegiance to Rod Paige's new book, which discusses the black-white achievement gap in pretty real terms. I wonder if he's seen these studies on income inequality and historically black colleges. And, although the millennials are hopelessly optimistic, I'm just not feeling it. Maybe I've got the jailhouse blues. Nothing some baked goods, or a quick kick in the pants can't solve. Wait!? They banned that?! Guess I'll just learn Spanish, or visit Hawaii instead. Better do something, though, in this race to the middle, before I start living in a shoulda woulda coulda world.
