Well, let's talk about a sobering effect?not only do we have to worry about increased teen pregnancy and children in poverty as well as booze cruise principles, but also, the population of dunce schools is doubling. How should we fix this? Easy?just rely on America's favorite sport, football, or call up your ole' pal, Ronald Reagan. Maybe it's time to hip hop out of here! Just be sure you do not get on the wrong bus on your way out. And don't worry; you will still be eligible to be the next off-campus valedictorian!
