There's good news and bad here for those who would reform America's approach to teacher preparation and licensure. But Imig is nothing if not a realist: "If we fail to respond, the policy community is fully committed to by-passing us and creating a world of alternatives and choices for the preparation of teachers and school leaders. They have the will and the resources to do so."
