Featured speakers include Peter Edelman, (assistant secretary of HHS under Clinton), Mike Smith (deputy secretary of education under Clinton), Doug Besharov (Social Welfare Studies Scholar, AEI), and Gene Hickok (deputy secretary of education under George W.
