The Boston-based organization Building Excellent Schools is committed to improving the academic achievement of students in the nation's urban centers. Their core program is the BES Fellowship, a 12-month, full-time, comprehensive training program for those who seek to found, build, and manage an urban charter school. BES seeks an associate director for that program. Candidates should have at least five years work experience, a deep understanding of education reform, and strong writing and management skills.
