From the sublime… The Editorial Board of the Wall Street Journal has positive words for Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and the members of the General Assembly who passed a budget bill sending more money to charter and voucher students and expanding eligibility for the latter as well. (Wall Street Journal, 7/16/23)

  2. …to the ridiculous. Also included in the state budget: $1 million toward “eclipse security” for the big event on December 31, 1999 April 8, 2024. I’ll call it the You’re 2 Krazy fund. (Columbus Dispatch, 7/17/23)
