William Rost

National
Development Associate

William (Will) Rost is a development associate with the Thomas B. Fordham Institute. He first moved to Washington D.C. to pursue his undergraduate degrees in secondary education and history at the Catholic University of America. After graduating, he taught Social Studies at a private D.C. middle school for six years. In spring of 2021, Will completed his master's degree in education policy at the George Washington University. His research interests include social-emotional learning, education inequities, teacher attrition, and teacher shortages.
