- The Youngstown Academic Distress Commission met yesterday to discuss the proposed improvement plan submitted by district CEO Krish Mohip. A group of teachers present at the meeting expressed concern that the proposed plan did not address “discipline, proper student and teacher representation, safety and overall respect in the schools”. (Youngstown Vindicator, 11/4/16) Members sent the plan back to Mohip for revision. He has 15 days.
