Research Intern
Melissa Reynolds is a research intern at the Thomas B. Fordham Institute. Prior to joining Fordham, Melissa taught pre-Kindergarten for two years in Atlanta as a Teach For America corps member. During this time, she worked with the Teach For America onboarding and recruitment teams as a matriculation mentor. Melissa earned her BA in History and Earth and Ocean Science from Duke University and was also a member of the varsity swim team.
