Lisa Halpin joins the Thomas B. Fordham Foundation in 2019 as a School Quality Analyst. Lisa is an educator with ten years of classroom teaching experience in urban education. She has also developed mathematics content and digital learning resources through her work with Tabula Rasa Publishing Services, Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree as well as a master’s degree in education, both from Wright State University. Lisa lives in Dayton, Ohio with her husband and their three young daughters.
