School Quality Analyst
Lisa is a School Quality Analyst for the Thomas B. Fordham Foundation. She is part of the school site visit team and conducts classroom observations to assess instructional quality and compliance. Lisa also supports governing boards, provides technical assistance to school leaders, manages parent complaints, administers annual needs assessments, and reviews charter applications and renewals.
Lisa is an educator with nearly ten years of classroom teaching experience in urban education. She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in education, both from Wright State University. Lisa lives in Dayton with her husband and three daughters.
