Krzysztof Karbownik is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Institute for Policy Research at Northwestern University. His research focuses on family, health, labor, and education economics and the use of population-level administrative data sources to inform the public policy discussion. Karbownik is associated with CESifo in Germany, the Centre for Economic Analysis in Poland, and the Uppsala Center for Labor Studies in Sweden. He earned his Ph.D. from Uppsala University in 2014.
