Kristina Phillips-Schwartz

Director of Ohio Policy and Research

Kristi is the Ohio Policy and Information Manager for the Thomas B. Fordham Foundation. She comes to the Foundation from the Ohio Legislative Office of Education Oversight where she conducted research and evaluations of education programs funded by the state of Ohio.  Preceding that, she served as a legislative intern for the Ohio General Assembly and graduated from the Ohio State University with a MA in Educational Policy and Leadership and BA in Art Education.
