Heena Kuwayama

Research Intern

Heena Kuwayama, a Research Intern at the Thomas B. Fordham Institute, is currently a graduate student in education policy at Johns Hopkins University. She is originally from Illinois, and holds a bachelor's degree in statistics and psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Heena spent three years teaching 3rd-5th grade math at a charter school in New Orleans before pursuing her graduate degree.
