Dr. Angela Kinney joins the Thomas B. Fordham Foundation as a School Quality Analyst with twenty years of experience in varied education settings. She began her career as a classroom teacher in public schools, followed by a position as a faculty member in a university teacher education program. Her research has been shared at a number of regional and national conferences and in international journals. She holds an Ed.D. in PK-16 Literacy and Learning Instruction from the University of Cincinnati. Angela lives in Cincinnati with her husband, also an educator.
