Collective Bargaining in Education, a new book edited by the Urban Institute's Jane Hannaway and Education Sector's Andrew Rotherham, will be released at the National Press Club's Holeman Lounge on Tuesday, February 28. The event begins at noon, and will run until 1:30 (lunch is provided). Space is limited.
